-You should have the evidences you live with the child, don't you? As long as you live together with the adopted child for two years, it will be fine no matter where you live with the child. 

2年后， 是在当地美国领馆申请130吗？ 还是如何申请， 在海外等130批准才能入境， 对吗？
-Your adopted child needs to apply for the immigrant visa to enter US. You file I-130 to sponsor the immigrant visa application.
