Because I put down an unofficial name used at work, and a speeding ticket, System in “additional evidemce to submit your application” page asks me to provide
1 evidence for name change
2information about your arrest
3information about arrests or conviction removed from record
If I do not upload anything, it gives me warning signs that “this may delay my application”.
Should I ignore this Sign and simply go to next page?
Or should I write a statement and upload under each section to explain this won’t apply to me?

-If it is not an official name of yours, you may not need to report it on N-400. If you put it there, you need to provide your name change proof.
