尊敬的8老师，关于父母移民，再次讨饶。

我父母IR-5 Visa从国内入境美国，入境时国内所有的密封文件都没有被收走，也没有收到新移民指引。
-It seems it is a mistake by the IO at the port of entry.

所以，现在已经入境2个多月，资料还一直在手上。我有几个问题：

1. 这些资料应该何时递交，交给谁？-Your parents had better bring all of these documents to the local CBP Deferred Inspections Office to see what happened and ask them to fix the issue , if any. 2. 绿卡的申请费我已经交了，这些没有交的资料会影响绿卡吗？

3. 我把密封的文件给了当地的移民医生，他们已经把文件拆封，但是他们听说绿卡已经在国内批准，他们也不确定要不要再补打疫苗。
-Why did you turn this document to the doctor? Who told you to do that?

4. 关于申请社安卡，我在网站查了一下，需要两个有相片的ID去申请，目前我们只有中国护照和I-797,不知道这样可以吗？
-Bring the passport with the endorsed immigrant visa stamp to the local SSA office to apply for SSN.
