8老师，请教您关于网上注册的问题

我按照下面的提示进行了网上注册，

You need to register online with our authorized visa application services. When
registering, you will be asked to provide us with information to return your passport
to you after your interview. Registration is free. Click the “Register” button below.
Select “New Application/Schedule Appointment” and then select “Immigrant Visa-
Scheduled by NVC-Registration Only.”

在填写信息过程中，提示我有一个以前的账户信息，是否要信息合并，我点击确认，然后界面就变成只有logout这一个选项，其他都没有了。

 

我在面试要带材料列表中看到

Online Registration Confirmation Page: Print and bring the confirmation page of your online appointment registration from Step 1. 

现在我没有看到这个确认页面，请问我该怎么处理？谢谢您
