母亲绿卡所有材料被退回， 因为485表格少了一个签名

提交的所有文件和表格底部都被打上移民局的号码 包括AOS xxxxx

是所有材料都重新打印一份提交吗？
-Not need. 

还是我把原来那份签好名字提交？
-Yes. Enclose the Rejection Notice (put it on the top of the file).
