请教8老师，我公民，给父母申请绿卡，我file I-130。因为今年开始self-employed（account有点乱），I-864有点手足无处

1. 如果我file I-864，应该准备哪些材料？-Check I-864 Instructions, such as your tax return, W2, employment verification, etc.

2. 是否可以让我老公file I-864 （他没入籍）。该怎么办？-If he is a green card holder, he can file I-864A together with your I-864. Thus, you can use his income for the sponosr support on your parents.
