请问8老师，兄弟姐妹移民排期已经到了，目前申请人在美国探亲，请问是在美国申请好还是回国申请好？

哪个能快点？-It is faster to file I-485 within US. But they have to be in US for about 3 months already to file I-485, in case USCIS consider they have this intent before they come to US.
