8老师好，向您请教H4申请的相关问题： 我在去年5月来到新公司上班，新公司只给我转了H1B，有效期到2020年四月， 我的爱人还在使用我上一任雇主给办的H4，有效期到明年中旬，她的H4 EAD也是明年中旬同样时间到期。我们现在在DIY给我爱人申请我新公司的H4， 填i-539表时有几个地方不明白，求8老师指点：
1. part 4, "if you are the principle applicant, provide your current passport information", 我爱人独自申请转H4，这个principle applicant是她还是我？-It is her (she files I-539, not you).
2. 今年六月份的时候，我公司的移民律师给我们同时提交了140和485，但是因为信用卡付费失败，485申请被退回，140 被接收，之后排期倒退，没有再次提交485。在这个背景下，i-539 part 4 的question 3, 4, 5 这么回答对吗？
- Are you or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? ---No -Right.
- Has an immigrant pertition ever been filed for you or any other person included in this application? --Yes -Say "No". The I-140 is for you only, not for her. She will be your derivative to file I-485 together with you in the future.
- Has Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application? -- Yes -Say "No" because her I-485 was rejected (i.e. was not accepted) by USCIS which equals to no I-485 filing yet.
