我和老公今年五月拿到绿卡，女儿出生证RFE。我们提交了RFE后，结果收到485据信，说让做DNA。 现在DNA已经由实验室直接寄给USCIS 了，目前都三周了还没消息。我都不知道我女儿现在是什么身份了，她现在在上大学。EAD卡10月过期。

-I don't know how you sent the DNA test evidence to USCIS. Normally, after the I-485 was denied, you need to file I-290B Motion to reopen with your evidences such as DNA test result/proof in your case. If you just sent the DNA test result without filing I-290B, USCIS possibly might just throw it away. Talk to your lawyer or contact USCIS whether they received your DNA test evidence yet.
