请教8老师及各位，正在给父母申请绿卡，打算130，485和131一起file，关于131申请AP卡，请问几个问题：

1.AP卡给的时间会跟申请的时间一致吗？-No. The AP effective date will be the approval date.

2.什么样的理由申请AP合适呢？回国探亲访友可以么？-Fine.

3.实际用AP卡的时候，可以跟申请的情况不一致么（比如去第三国旅游）？-You can use it to travel to any country any time during the AP validity period.
