我的i751是16年11月递交的jointly，17年11月因为配偶酗酒言语威胁等问题分居，但一直没有办理离婚，18年6月初i751approved（没有RFE,没有面试）。配偶打算这个月底开始File divorce, 这样以后USCIS发现我等待期间分居或者如果在我5 year rule申请n400 的时候会不会说我i751 fraud （separated时候我没有通知USCIS，一拿到绿卡就File divorce），revoke我的绿卡？

-Keep all of the documents you are living together including joint tax return, etc. (i.e. the evidences you provided for I-751) to prove your marriage is true.
