为母亲申请绿卡，但她I-94已过期。

1） 在填写I-485表格时：有没有违反身份的条件那个问题（I-485 part 8 #17 “Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status?")，是否填写yes，再解释原因吗？
-Rigth. Then just say "Overstay".

 

2） 移民官会不会在面试时纠结身份过期这个问题，
-No problem.

需要带律师去面试吗？-Don't think so.
