-You may just address that why he joined the Party (e.g. for promotion, employment, etc.), what Party activities he participated in (e.g. routine Party Group meetings, activities, membership payment, etc.), when he was considered to withdrew the Party membership (he had better get a letter from the Party Group leader or the Secretary to prove he was considered withdrawal of the Party membership (this will be very helpful).
