最近刚刚拿到公民身份，想申请父母移民，但是他们要等三，四年才退休过来。如果现在申请，一年以后通知下来，我可不可以先hold住，一直等到他们退休后再过来。这样做的目的就是让他们有个case#,万一不给办了以后 也算敢在之前都递了. 如果能hold住，应该怎样办？非常感谢！
