我现在申请弟弟一家三口的亲属移民，侄子小学二年级，若移民申请被拒，侄子将来还能申请F-1来美读大学吗?

被拒的机率会不会很高?
-Not high for the child. because the child is too young now, his immigration intent is determined by his parents, not himself at this point. Thus, he can justify it in the future when he apply for F-1 visa.
