8老师，前面咨询过你办emergency AP的事，昨天我拿着所有需要文件，包括家人住院的资料和翻译前去local office，但不由分说被打回来，我的资料看都没有看一眼，坚持说程序是必须去USICS的官网上去“Expedite Criteria" 网页提交材料申请。完全不由分说。8老师，现在我该怎么办？谢谢！
-You may go there to try the emergency AP a again. If the IO (probably another one) still rejects your application, you may request to meet the Director and explain it to the Director.
 
If you use Expedited Processing for Advance Parole, it may take a couple of weeks to get the AP (still much faster than regular AP application).
