尊敬的8老师您好！我在B1到期前申请了I140+485 （EB1），目前属合法停留等待结果中, B1已经过期没有非移民身份，刚拿到 一年有效期的AP和EAD。因担心EB1被拒，现在申请O1, 求教您I129表中的 Current Nonimmigration Status 和 Date Status Expires 怎么填？

-Put the B1 status and expiration date there. Because your B2 expired, your O1 appropval probably will have no I-94, thus you need to go to China to get the O1 visa to come back. Talk to your lawyer.
