-USCIS will deny their I-485 due to their leaving without approved AP. So, you may have to file I-824 to request USCIS to forward the approved I-130 to NVC for processing for them to apply for immigrant visa in China. Then, they can use the immigrant visa to enter US to become a green card holder.

B2签证入境会有很大的麻烦吗？
-Most likely they will have trouble to reenter US due to immigrant intent (the IO at the port of entry probably will deny their entery and send them back to China from the airport).
