最近律师帮我downgrade+PP。但是移民局要求新的PERM。我的PERM早在2014就收到了,我的1-140 under EB2 也在2014收到了，律师申请downgrade也按要求加了PERM附加信息。不知道8老师有没有什么建议呀？或者听说什么新规定呀？很着急。
-Your employer cannot request premium processing for downgrading I-140 filing at the same time. That is why USCIS asked for the PERM. Your employer only can request premium processing after getting the receipt notice for the downgrading I-140. Talk to your lawyer.
