8老师，您好！前天请教了几个关于Emergency AP的问题。还有两个问题，还麻烦老师费心回答一下：

1. 我搬家到现在的州，但我的地址还没有更新，因为怕影响到485，我调整身份已经等待了14个月，刚刚补了件。有人告诉我，最好不要改地址，以免夜长梦多。我的问题是，如果不更新地址，现在的local移民局会受理我的Emergency AP申请吗？
-It should be fine.

如果更新了地址，会delay我的485申请吗？
-Not at all. You need to file AR-11 to update your address and then,  follow up to make sure your address has been updated in USCIS system so that you can receive their correspondences (letters) in the future. 

2. 一般Emergency AP会给多长的期限？三个月？还是更短？依据是什么？-Normally it is valid for one year like the regular AP.
