急问8老师，

问题 1 今天收到通知说我的I-131renew的申请被拒绝，是因为我提交申请的时候是在中国吗？
-Correct. I-131 application for advance parole and reentry permit must be filed when you are physically present in US.


我在提交申请后没有多久回到美国，前后等待了6个月却等来这纸通知。

问题2 现在我国内亲人重病，需要回去，可以申请emergency travel document 吗？
-Yes, you can apply for the emergency AP in the local USCIS Office.

需要提交什么材料？
-Passport, I-485 receipt notice and the evidence of emergency (e.g. Dr. or hospital diagnosis and treatment proof for illness).
会得到多长时间的AP？
-Immediately.

问题3 我是否需要重新提交I-131申请，这个对我的485有不利的影响吗？-Not at all.
