各位老师好，请教一个问题。 我太太(H4副申请人)4月份自己填表递交了485 ，今天收到USCIS收件通知。通知中写到：“A valid G-28 was NOT received with your case. If you wish to be represented, please contact your attorney or accredited representative to submit a G-28 to a USCIS location.
请问, 她必须委托律师填写G-28表吗？不委托也可以？她的英文水平没问题。谢谢。

She may just explain it to USCIS by response to the RFE that she does not need an attorney for her I-485 case, so she does not need to provide G-28.
