我们全家绿卡，10年绿卡拿到后老公就被美国公司派回中国工作，孩子也回中国读书，8年多在美国居住不超过1年，现在面临renew绿卡的问题，应该怎么办？
-Do you have reentry permit during the 8-year period of time? Did you continuously stay in China for > one year during this period of time? If you do not have reentry permit and you stayed in China for > one year, your green card have been invalid, and that mean you cannot renew your green card.
