请教8老师:正在填i-134表，其中有些问题不太确定，请指教

i-134上的问题：

I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s)

Name and Date submitted

I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons, 

Name and Date submitted

我二十多年前我邀请岳父母来美国好多次,每次都都填i-134，他们都回国很多年了，这些也要写吗？再说了日期更是记不得了。现在只能记得他们大约来美的月份。
