绿卡开始时间是：2011年10月1日，8年的截止时间是下面哪个？
1）是指2019年10月1日？
2）是指2011，2012， 2013， 2014， 2015， 2016， 2017， 2018。到今天为止已经8年了？要交Form 8854了？
