我父母亲持有绿卡, 两年前申请Reentry Permit, 在2016年4月中旬批准下来. 他们2016年9月份回国, 2017年12月持Reentry Permit入境. 因为家里有事他们打算6月中旬回去. 他们准备再申请一个Reentry Permit. 今天填表时发现如下说明: 这是不是意味着在2018年4月中旬之前, 他们还不能递交新的Reentry Permit申请? 还是说可以递交申请, 因为Reentry Permit是一次性使用的? 多谢!
c. A Reentry Permit may not be issued to you if:
(1) You have already been issued such a document, and it is still valid, unless the prior document has been returned to USCIS or you can demonstrate that it was lost;
