1，拿绿卡后过去五年在海外超过四年，不是expat,还能申请到回美证吗
-Yes as long as your green card (i.e. your permanent resident status) is still valid.

2，如可以，递交申请后打指印之前可以离境再回来打指印吗
-You had better conduct the fingerprinting before you leave.

3，递交申请到打指印中间一般需要多长时间
-One to two months, but you may request expedited processing for biometrics appointment. see:
