EB1b 485 RD 10/03/2017，刚刚收到信，EAD批了，但是AP被拒，原因提交131之后去年11月回国了一趟。现在身份是faculty H1b，485 ready to interview，但是local office还没消息。今年刚好H1b renew，然后暑假还是要回国。
这种情况的话是不是就没必要再交I-290B浪费钱了？-Useless to file I-290B.
AP被拒对485没影响吧？-No. If you were physically present when filing I-485, your I-485 will be fine.
我这种情况暑假回国会影响485么？-No. 我打算回去再申一张新的H1b visa，然后开学前10天回来好了。。。-It is fine. But you may file a new I-131 for application for AP again in case you have trouble to get the H-1 visa (e.g. background takes long time). It is free to apply for AP, anyway.
四月份485好像又要排起了。假设EB1 485在我回国期间又current了，我的485会被拒么？-No.
