8老师您好，配偶F2A入境后一个多月还没有收到绿卡。网上有人说需要先缴一个绿卡制作费才可以收到绿卡。但在我的记忆中从来没有被要求缴绿卡制作费。请问如果需要交费的话应该交到哪里？
