我有几个问题请教，

1）孩子现在持F1签证，学校明年有一门课必须去国外实习一周，在绿卡申请pending期间，他可以出国吗？
-Does he file I-485 yet? If yes, he cannot travel unless he has advance parole (AP). But if he uses AP to travel, he will lose F-1 status.

2）万一在绿卡申请时，绿卡申请被拒，是不是只要他不出国，他的F1签证还是有效，直到他毕业？-Correct.

3）如果我们EB3 I-140被拒，是不是马上可以再申请EB2 I-140，我们EB2也很快要current了，是不是可以同时递交EB2的I-485？
-Yes. But if you have a pending EB3 I-485, you do not have to file  a new I-485, and just ask USCIS to relink your pending EB3 I-485 to EB2 I-140 (interfiling of I-485).
