-If you use EAD to work before she enters US, she cannot use TD to enter US. So, you had better use EAD after she files I-485. Otherwise, she may just enter US as a tourist and then file I-485 about 3 months later after she enters US as a tourist (hope your I-140 priority date is still current about s few months later).
