几个月前在这里问过8老师很多问题。基本情况概述如下，我2017年６月５日 H1 transfer 被拒，I 94 是April 1st 2017 过期，我于2017年九月底回国，回国后又申请美国的学校读phd，现收到学校录取加奖学金，学校要办 I- 20了。我曾经工作过的美国一个公司现在又我一个位置，可以给办H1B。现在我有个问题，如果移民局收到学校申请I20，同时又收到来自公司的H1b申请，会有问题吗？我该怎么办呢？
