I-485  Part 8: 17 Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status? 

如果父母已经超过I-94的期限一个多月了，是选yes吗？ 该如何解释？

 -Say "Yes" , then explain it like "Overstay for 45 days", etc.
