online N400 application

本来已经填好表格打算寄过去的，后来看到可以网上申请，这样可以随时看到updated status，于是又在网上填表格了。现在都填好了，要求上载一些supportive documents，可是怎么都上载不了。请问大家有类似情况吗？接下来该怎么做呢？谢谢
