我十多年前申请了我姐姐一家移民美国，他们一家四口。她的大女儿等排期到了的时候应该会超龄了。

她的小儿子等到排期到了的时候应该可以利用儿童年龄保护还可以来。

我姐姐现在持有B2十年签证，她也来过美国好几次了。她的老公和儿子没有申请过B2签证。

现在发现F4 移民排期的B表快一些。如果在Ｂ表排期快到了的时候，我姐姐持旅游签证来美国，

然后提交485表格申请绿卡，可以帮他老公和儿子一起申请吗？
-Normally she only can file I-485 when based on A Form, not B Form.

虽然那时候她的老公和儿子在国内。

如果可以，是不是我姐姐在美国等绿卡，他老公和儿子在国内等绿卡，那么程序是怎么样的？
-If she files I-485 within US when the priority date is current based on A Form, then after she gets the green card, she needs to file I-824 for her spouse and kid to apply for the immigrant visa, the whole process may take about two years.

So, it is a very bad idea for her to file I-485 within US personally.
