1. 父母现在在国内，持有来美10年签证。我如果现在提交130给他们申请绿卡，在等待期间他们 还能持 10年签证 来美探亲嘛？
-Probably they will have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent.

2. 听说父母移民要取消， 现在申请 还来得及吗？
-There is not such a law yet.
