我是2014年拿到绿卡。一直以为2019年才能申请公民。

但是，最近开始查阅这方面知识发现，网上有个说法，就是算时间是按照绿卡上标注的resident since来算。我查看了我的绿卡，resident since 2009年（我2009年140表批下来的）。那按照2009年算的话，现在已经早就超过5年了，是不是现在我就可以申请绿卡了？
