移民局的回复是这样，不知道儿子能否Recapture my priority date when applying I-130

Using the caculation described above, your age at the time....are 22.2 years old. Consequencely, you are not eligible for protection under CSPA. You no longer qualify as a "child" for immigration purpose. Your applicaiton is denied.

我马上为儿子申请了I-130，但希望他能使用我的Priority date，好像相关规定但主要是针对父母也是申请I-130，对EB2申请并未特别提及，但也有说这个规定也是适用EB类移民，我想给移民局写信，但苦于找不到法律依据，希望有律师能帮忙，多谢！
