8老师，

我告诉律师我可能马上要回国以后，他们决定推迟递交485，等我从国内签完H1B回到美国再递交。 我真的不知道这样会更好吗？ 他们说因为我现在的情况是我没有valid H1b status. 以后可能会有麻烦。移民局可能会花一年的时间来调查这个问题。

我真是欲哭无泪啊。好不容易等到485排期到。现在谁知道过一个月会怎么样？ 
-If your H-1 status was void for > 180 days, then you cannot file I-485. Otherwise, it is fine to file I-485. Discuss ith with your lawyer.

我估计去跟他们说也没用了。万一我h1b 拒签，回不来怎么办？
