鉴于我现在的情况，一边是想在一月份尽快递交485，一边又要准备二月份H1回国actication. 这是两批不同的人在做。  上个月做485的律师问我，递交485这段时间会不会出境，当时我确实没有出境的安排。

现在看来，如果我二月份要回国签证，我现在要跟做485的律师说吗？

现在跟她说，我怕她会有什么顾虑而推迟递交485. 她上次说交485这段时间，不应该（you should not travel internationally. If you travel after 485, 131, 765 are filed and before 131 is approved, your petition for 131 may be denied.)
-It does not matter for I-131 denial. You can file it again if it is denied. It is free (no filing fee), anyway.
