８老师， 刚刚用L1B（3年有效）在美国工作一个月。想问公司申请绿卡的事，请问你建议我现在申请，还是换成H1B（要抽签？）后再申请？ 主要是因为L1B最长5年，绿卡等不到还要转H1B保住在美合法身份。
-Just file it now using L1B and also, try to change L1B to H1B any time later before L1B expires (try it the sooner the safer because H-1 quote is not easy to get).
