EB1a approve notice拿到后，我申请国外职位，如果国外单位提供一个offer letter，
-What does 国外职位 mean? Do you mean you apply for a job outside US? If so, it will not work for your green card application.

是不是就可以直接申请移民签证？还需要国外单位提供帮助offer签证吗？我看到职位申请时有一项“Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status”，请问这个我选yes 还是No.

另外，移民签证有名额或排期限制吗？
-Yes, but if your priority date is current, that mean there is 名额 for you.

移民签证需要多久能拿到？
-Hard to say, case by case.


还有移民签证属于哪一类签证，H1？
-Immigrant visa is immigrant visa, not H-1. Your immigrant visa category is employment based EB1A, and the visa code (green card code) should be E11 or E16.
