关于问题4，请再帮忙看一下。这个延期申请信，您的意思是以我的口吻写延期的理由，然后父母签字，是这样吗？
-You draft it for your parents using your parents' names because they request extension, not you. You can write "Translator: your name" and you can sign it as translator on the letter.

另外延期时间：比如我想延期三个月，一般就移民局会按申请的要求批3个月，还是基本上批了都给6个月？-I don't know.

Part 5中applicant's contact information 因为是我帮父母填写的，4,5,6是留我的联系方式还是空白呢？
