不知道版上大牛有没有过类似的情况.. 我的问题是：

1）如果在visa过期之前，485提交还没有轮到我，我是否可以回国继续等待并提交？
-Yes, you can. Your employer can file I-824 to request USCIS to forward the approved I-140 to NVC for processing for you to apply for the immigrant visa in China when the priority date is current, not file I-485.

我知道有朋友485提交之后回国等待绿卡，但如果没有提交485不知道移民局会不会直接中断绿卡过程。

2）L1b过期后，有没有其他的签证可以让我继续留在美国工作等待绿卡？
-You can change L1b to H1B for another one year (total L-1b + H-1 = 6 years), but you need to compete for the H-1 quota. Then, you can extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit using the approved I-140.
