8老师您好，我之前的工作申请EB2, perm. I140 已经获得批准了。180天后，我又换了一个新工作。

现在新单位同意给我办 EB2 和perm. 请问我之前获得的priority date 可以 relink 吗？
-Yes.

如果可以relink 到现在的EB2, 是在申请perm 填写 ETA Form 9089 的时候relink 还是 在新perm 批准后，提交 I140 的时候relink 呢？
-When your employer/lawyer files a new I-140, just request the I-140 priority date recapture in a letter from the previous approved I-140, and provide the copy of the old I-140 approval notice. After your new I-140 is approved, the new I-140 priority date should be the old one. If no, ask USCIS to fix it.
