您好！ 我们有一群小伙伴想自己组织一个音乐相关的non-profit organization。 但是我们的身份各式各样，罗列如下

1. F1 opt stem (非艺术专业)

2. F1 cpt (艺术相关)

3. F1 opt (非艺术专业)

4. H1B (非艺术专业)

想请教8老师，这几种身份是否可以参与组织的运作，以及能参与到什么程度，抑或是只能做volunteer？
-I don't see there is any immigration law limitation on this issue. As long as you are not involved in employment or income, it should be fine from immigration point of view.

But I don't know whether there is any other laws to limit it.
