-About 3 months, normally. If use premium processing, it takes 15 days.
2） 我是H4, 刚好签证过期那周要回国，很担心来不及拿到新的797，能不能去催一下公司现在就去办renew?
-Yes. His employer can file the extension petition now.
3） 我们现在办Perm大概快3个月了，拿到以后，办I140需要多长时间？
-Case by case, hard to sat when the I-140 will be approved, but if use premium processing, you can get the result in 15 days.
4） 以前File过EB2，有PD，现在·EB3比EB2排期快，我们可以申请EB3吗？
-Yes. Discuss it with the lawyer.
如果申请EB3, PD还能用吗？
-Yes.
5）现在这种情况，是不是即使能够赶在H1B过期前提交I485, 拿EAD工作，最好还是renew H1B？
-Had better renew the H-1B. You don't know what will happen. It is much safer to have the H-1B status until you get the green card.
因为如果拿EAD工作，万一绿卡又没下来，又必须换工作就没有身份了，对吗？
-Correct. You have to use EAD to work all the time. If the I-485 is denied, all of your family have to leave US if you don't have H-1/H-4 status.
