那“other names you have used since birth” 等，还有其他不applicable的地方也都空着，是吧？

还有两个问题想请教8老师：

1. 在我帮父母填485表的时候：

applicant‘s statement：

1.b. The interpreter named in Part 11. read to me every question and instruction on this application and my answer to every question in ______ a language in which I am fluent, and I understood everything.

2. at my request, the preparer named in Part 12, _____prepared this application for me based only upon information I provided or authorized.

那我应该1.b 和 2 都check，然后part 11 和 part 12 都填吗？

 

2. 56. have you EVER been a member of, or in any way affiliated with, the communist party or any other totalitarian party (in the United States or abroad)? 填了yes，然后要在part 14. additional information explain what occurred，including the dates and location of the circumstances 里要解释什么，怎么解释？
