我正在帮父母申请绿卡填表，有一个问题想请教8老师。

如果有些选项不applicable，是空着还是填N/A 或者 NA？比如说485 表上的middle name，还有other names you have used since birth?
-Leave it blank. Otherwise, the computer system may consider the Middle name or other name is "NA".
