一个朋友在美国postdoc申请了EB1A没有批准，后来回国了。

请问一下，这种申请过绿卡失败后回国的情况，以后再到美国开会／旅游，B1/B2的签证有希望拿吗？

很容易被拒签吗？谢谢。
-Depends on how long he has been in China and how his career develops. If he has stayed in China for a longer time, e.g. 3 to 5 years or more and he has a good career in China, then it should be easy to get the B-1/B-2 visa.
